2016 in Review: A look back to some of my favorite images of 2016
2016 has flown by and has been an incredible year for me. From personal life traveling to Hawaii and Disney with the family, to some wonderful weddings, engagements, maternity, family, newborn and celebration events on the business side of life. Here is a look back into 2016 of some of my favorite images from some events and sessions that are near and dear to me.
Let's start with some of my favorite engagement sessions. First up is Holly and Brett. We had the most perfect downtown fall engagement session and the weather was perfect! We ended our night at the Adler Planetarium for some skyline pics. They skyline line was lit red and blue and displayed "Go Cubs Go" to cheer them on in the World Series, which we all know now they won! Here's my favorites from their session:

Patricia and Eliot's Lincoln Park engagement session showed they have undeniable chemistry. Take a look.
Not too many couples choose winter to do their engagement session. Dan and Jordan did and there is no better way to stay warm than with the one you love. Here is just a few from their session.
I had my first vintage theme wedding this year, which brings me to Anna and Simon. Anna was a stunning bride who pulled off the vintage look flawlessly. I adored her bridal prep photos and loved how Simon interacted with his bride throughout the day.
Do you like surprises? Well Deidra and Juan do! They are my next up to review. They surprised their family by turning what they thought was an engagement party at the Honky Tonk Bbq to a surprise wedding. This wedding brought me the most precious father and daughter dance pictures.
Have you been to the gorgeous Garfield Park Conservatory? This place is magical and so was Jordan and Dan's wedding. From start to finish the love and energy was palpable. Every detail was so thought out and I loved Jordan's pink wedding dress and custom heart ring. This also brought me my most memorable first look at the Wrigley building.
